We do not have staff on-site who can communicate in foreign languages (such as English or Chinese).

To ensure the safety of your treatment and prevent any issues, please be sure to read the following precautions carefully

and make your appointment and visit only after you have agreed to them.

1. [Required] Accompaniment by a Japanese Interpreter

To ensure the safe performance of teeth whitening procedures, it is essential that we assess the condition of your teeth and that you accurately understand and consent to the treatment details, precautions, and fees.

Therefore, when visiting our clinic, you must be accompanied by an interpreter capable of ensuring accurate communication in Japanese (including understanding the medical consent form).

2. Use of Translation Apps

Our staff may use translation apps on smartphones or other devices to clarify subtle nuances or assist with communication.

3. Registration of a Contact Phone Number

When making a reservation, please be sure to provide a phone number that can receive calls within Japan or a number where you can be reached during daytime hours, including via international calls.

As a medical facility, we want to ensure you receive treatment safely and with peace of mind.

そのため、ご来院の際は日本語での正確な意思疎通（医療同意の理解）ができる通訳の方のご同伴を必須とさせていただきます。

2. 翻訳アプリの使用について

細かなニュアンスの確認や補助的なコミュニケーションとして、スタッフがスマートフォン等の翻訳アプリを使用させていただく場合がございます。

3. ご連絡可能な電話番号の登録について

ご予約の際は、日本国内で通話可能な電話番号、または国際電話を含め、必ず日中に連絡が取れる電話番号のご登録をお願いいたします。
